When a business is built on passion for what it does and genuine care for its customers, growth happens naturally.
From 2007 to 2010, we opened five stores. By 2015, that number had grown to 18. Today, Elite Supplements has more than 130 stores, with over 60 operating as franchises.
“We are incredibly proud of the franchise model we have built,” says Domenic. “In the health and nutrition space, we truly believe we have created Australia’s leading franchise model.”
“It took Miki and I over a year to develop,” he explains. “It was challenging at times, but we are proud of what we built. Our model is turnkey from day one, digitally integrated and designed so every franchise owner can truly understand their customers, their lifestyles, their goals and what drives them.”
As the business has grown, the team has remained focused on maintaining balance and wellbeing. Growth brings opportunity, but it also brings responsibility.
“So we understand,” Domenic says. “We relate to our customers because we live busy, demanding lives too. We enjoy connecting with them, hearing their stories and supporting them because we know how hard it can be to juggle work, health and personal goals.”
